2. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS OF USE

You may not make use of Juicy Vegas Casino software and services if you are under the age of 18. It is your responsibility to ensure that YOU are of legal gambling age in the jurisdiction you reside in. Juicy Vegas Casino reserves the right to refuse any winnings to any player under the legal gambling age of their jurisdiction. 3. ONE ACCOUNT AND TRUE PLAYER IDENTITY

In order to use any services of Juicy Vegas Casino you will need to register an account at any one of our casinos. You need to choose a valid email address as your account name / sign-in. This is important because we will communicate weekly bonuses and other offers to that email address and you will miss out if your sign-in email is not valid, or if you do not regularly check it for offers.

You also need to choose a password and are responsible for the security of that password. It is the player's responsibility to keep his/her private user name and password secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the player's username is the sole responsibility of the player. You are only allowed to have one account at Juicy Vegas Casino and there are no costs associated with opening your account. Juicy Vegas Casino reserves the right to close all multiple accounts and, should management have reasonable grounds to suspect that the multiple accounts were opened with fraudulent intentions, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction related to the suspected fraud attempt.

Upon opening your account at Juicy Vegas Casino, you will be required to verify your identity via phone. This is a necessary security measure and is for your protection.

4. TAXES

You are responsible for the paying of any taxes on any prize or winnings accrued at any one of our casinos.

By accepting a prize or withdrawing any winnings you acknowledge and agree to this stipulation.

5. DISPUTES & DISCREPANCIES

If you have any complaint, claim or dispute regarding the outcome of any activity at Juicy Vegas Casino you need to submit your complaint to us, in writing, as soon as possible after the incident has occurred.

Please be sure to send your correspondence to the support desk of the casino in question and we'll make every effort to address your query and work towards a satisfactory outcome.

Please note that the decision of Juicy Vegas Casino management will be final and binding. Should you encounter a discrepancy between the results on the Juicy Vegas Casino gaming server and your own results on your computer, the results on our server shall be considered correct and final.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the manner in which your complaint has been addressed by our Customer Service Department, we suggest the following course of action:

6. PLAYER CONFIDENTIALITY GUARANTEE
Juicy Vegas Casino will contact you on the email address provided as your login name for all promotions, bonuses and other information.
Unless you agree to your identity being used in promotional material (such as if you win a big progressive jackpot) Juicy Vegas Casino guarantees your anonymity. Your personal information, contact details etc. will only be used by Juicy Vegas Casino to promote, advertise, communicate and alert you of casino activity, promotions, bonuses and other news that affect your play.
Juicy Vegas Casino owns your personal information and will not sell, transfer, trade or rent your details out to any party.

7. ADDITIONAL PLAYER CONDITIONS
Any material(s) obtained from Juicy Vegas Casino are automatically void if counterfeited, reproduced, forged, mutilated, tampered with or altered in any way. Any and all materials submitted for prize claims are the property of this casino and will not be returned. Juicy Vegas Casino is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, damaged, mutilated or misdirected requests, prize claims or entries.
Liability for materials obtained from Juicy Vegas Casino containing any error is limited to replacement.
Juicy Vegas Casino does not undertake to notify Players that they have outstanding balances to collect. You are responsible for withdrawing or playing out any funds that are held in your account.
Please note that any malfunction voids all plays, and pays.
Juicy Vegas Casino reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager.
Juicy Vegas Casino also reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any game, tournament, competition, promotion, bonus, loyalty program or any of its associated benefits. This is at the sole discretion of the Juicy Vegas Casino Management who will NOT BE LIABLE in the event of such a cancellation.
Juicy Vegas Casino (or other casinos and entities that may be launched subsequently) will not be liable, and are not liable for any damages in the following scenarios:

• For any damage which may be caused to the Player by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.
• For fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.
• Any event or major occurrence that is out of our control.
• Telecommunications or any other data transmission system failings that lead to delays, losses, errors, or omissions.
• For any loss as a result of any act of God. (Earthquakes, floods, lightning etc.)
• For an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism.
• For the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent).
• Juicy Vegas Casino central computer system (or any part thereof) failing.

Juicy Vegas Casino will not force you to honor any obligation other than what is provided for by our Terms and Conditions. Similarly you cannot force Juicy Vegas Casino to honor any obligation outside the parameters of our rules and regulations.

The player shall forfeit any winnings made as a result of computer or software error. In such an event Juicy Vegas Casino shall be liable for your initial deposit only. Cheating of any sort shall result in the forfeiture of all balances in your account. Such forfeiture does not prevent Juicy Vegas Casino from instigating legal action, should it be deemed appropriate.

Any attempt to hide funds in a features or bonus round, with the intention of retriggering at a later point when your balance ratios are different, will cause all winnings to be forfeited and confiscated.

Juicy Vegas Casino, together with its partners, directors, officers, media, promotion or other affiliated agencies, as well as licensees, distributors or any employees or any other affiliated entities are indemnified from all costs, liabilities, damages or expenses that may arise from any player's use of this casino group's software or any other service, or promotional activity.

Juicy Vegas Casino and our designated agents may investigate any Real Account Holder's credit worthiness should it be deemed necessary. This is to the benefit, and for the protection of, the casino and the individual player.
Juicy Vegas Casino reserves the right to report any and all suspicious activity that could be in contravention of the laws on money laundering and other criminal acts such as:

• The suspected intention to conceal or disguise funds accrued from illegal activities.

• The use of money suspected to have been accrued through illegal activity.
  
• Should Juicy Vegas Casino management suspect any fraudulent activity at any of our casinos, Juicy Vegas Casino reserves the right to:
  
• Withhold money held in a suspect account
  
• Refuse access to any entity affiliated to the casino
  
• Deactivate or Close the suspect account
  
• Report the matter to the authorities- Submit and compile a report of the activity
  

All players must register an account with the correct currency for their respective countries. Failure to do so will result in any withdrawals being voided and the casino account closed. Exception: All players whose currency is not available at our casinos may register to play in USD$.

All players who make a deposit, must wager the deposit amount at least once, before any withdrawal will be allowed. E.g.: If a player deposits $50, the player will need to place bets totaling $50 on any game before a withdrawal will be permitted.

Hedging:

Definition: A betting strategy wherein a participant places wagers on conflicting outcomes to minimize the risk of losses or guarantee a profit.
Prohibition: The deliberate use of hedging strategies to manipulate the system is not allowed, and consequences for such actions will be enforced.

Unfair Winnings Strategies:

Definition: Any systematic approach or tactic employed with the intention of gaining unfair winnings.
Prohibition: Participants found employing strategies aimed at securing unjust advantages will face consequences in accordance with our established guidelines.

Collusion:

Definition: Any collaborative or conspiratorial effort among participants to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate outcomes.
Prohibition: Engaging in collusion is strictly prohibited, and violators will be subject to appropriate actions as per our policies.

Reservation of Admission Rights:

We reserve the right of admission. At our discretion, we retain the authority to close an account if we detect any suspicious activity or discern a concerning trend, without obligation to furnish a detailed explanation."
By incorporating these provisions, we aim to create a transparent and secure environment for all participants, fostering a sense of trust and fairness within our winnings programs.

8. BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS - GENERAL

All players are limited to bets that do not exceed $5 per round and $ 0.50 per line when playing with any active bonus. Any bets that exceed these limits will cause all winnings to be void.

Free Bonus Money or Free Spins (No Deposit Required) bonuses carry a playthrough requirement of 60X unless indicated differently on the promotional material you received before a player can make a withdrawal. Prior to any withdrawal being allowed on the first claim of a free player bonus or free spins, a player must have made a deposit that is at least equal to 50% of the withdrawal amount. I.e.: If you claim $250 Free, have met stipulated playthrough requirements and have money to withdraw, you must make a deposit of at least $125 before the withdrawal will be processed.

All match deposit bonus offers will carry a playthrough requirement of 60X before a player can make a withdrawal.

All deposit match bonuses carry a 60x playthrough and have a maximum withdrawable limit of 10x your deposit, subject to your maximum weekly limits, up to and not exceeding $10,000.

Employees and immediate family members of Juicy Vegas Casino and any company or entity associated with it in any way (distributors, affiliates, licensees, subsidiaries, media partners, retailers, wholesalers, advertising, promotion or other agencies) may not take part in any bonus or promotion offered by Juicy Vegas Casino.

A free player bonus can be claimed only once per person, PC and IP address, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card/debit card number, and environments where computers are shared (e.g. universities, schools, public libraries, workplace etc.).

Player's that have never deposited at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points, once a real money deposit has been made by the player. The deposit made, will not be combined with the withdrawal amount, but rather placed in the player's account once the withdrawal has been paid out. The player will then have access to the deposit amount as a cash balance subject to all normal casino terms and conditions.

All promotions at Juicy Vegas Casino are by invitation only. All promotions at Juicy Vegas Casino are limited to Real-money players only. No withdrawal is allowed as long as there are active and / or pending bonuses which have withdrawal restrictions until play through requirements are satisfied.

A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void.

Table and Video Poker Game Restrictions: New players are restricted from using match offers on their first 3 deposits at any of the casino's video poker and table games. The casino reserves the right to void any withdrawal made if a new player is found in contravention of this rule. New players are welcome to use their first three deposit match bonuses on Slots, Keno or Scratch Card games.

Purchasing players may only claim a deposit match bonus offer in the first 5 minutes of their purchase or if their account has 75% of the original deposit available in their cash balance. If your account has an amount lower than 75% of the original deposit amount in the account, or if 5 minutes have passed since the deposit was made: the bonus system and our customer service support staff will be unable to award the match bonus offer in question.

Deposit Match Bonus claims on deposits that have been wagered in full (to a zero balance), will be subject to the sole discretion of the Casino and a maximum withdrawal rule of $100 will be applied.

Where a Discretionary/ Free bonus is awarded (excluding Deposit Match Bonuses) by the Casino Support Staff, the bonus rewarded will have a maximum withdrawal rule of $100.

All deposit match bonuses carry a 60x playthrough and have a maximum withdrawable limit of 10x your deposit, subject to your maximum weekly limits, up to and not exceeding $10,000.

All Free Spins will have a maximum withdrawal of $100. This would apply to all regular casino offers, free spins that are offered as part of any other deposit match offer; and all free spins awarded by the casino where no deposit is required.

Progressive Jackpots

No winnings on progressive slots will be honored if a player has an active bonus. Any bonus stays active while there is a balance within the account that has been accrued through the use of a bonus or is in any way tied to a bonus. This includes any winnings made from a bonus, including a balance where wagering has been met, and any withdrawable balance or pending withdrawals as a result. The balance needs to be withdrawn from the account in total or forfeited by the payer for the bonus to be considered non-active.

Bonus Money

Bonus Money (No Deposit Required) bonuses need to be played through before a player can make a withdrawal. Please see Section 10: Maximum Withdrawal.

Bonus Money (Any Match Offer) needs to be wagered through by all Tier players before a player can make a withdrawal.

For example:

Deposit $100, get a 100% Match Bonus. To withdraw a player will need to wager $100 (Bonus amount) x 60 = $6,000

All and any withdrawals or pending withdrawals will result in the voiding of the right to receive the remaining bonuses.

For free spins offers that are additional to a match deposit offer (i.e. ; offered as part of a match deposit package as an added bonus), the maximum withdrawal allowed is $100 on those particular free spins.

EXCLUSION: Any free spins offers not applicable to this rule will be so stated by casino management.

Each individual player is entitled to one (1) consolidated account only. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. In cases where a player has more than one consolidated account, winnings will be voided.

Each player may only partake in one bonus-promotion per deposit. If a player receives more than one bonus-promotion per specific deposit, any winnings will be voided.

Only one deposit match bonus can be claimed per deposit. All deposit match bonuses need to be claimed immediately once a deposit has been made and before any single wager can be placed with the original deposit. If a player chooses to wager the deposit amount first and then proceeds to claim the deposit match bonus thereafter, all money accumulated from winning on the deposit match bonus is then considered null and void. The casino would then reserve the right to forfeit any such winning. The casino views this as a deliberate and fraudulent act to circumvent the benefit that deposit match bonuses are meant to serve as.

Please read carefully regarding Sequential and Alternative offers:

Sequential offers: Promotional bonuses that are offered as a package must be claimed in the sequence provided (i.e.: From first to last bonus code in the order provided).

Alternative offers: Promotional bonuses that are offered with an option to choose between 2 or more deposit bonus offers / free "no deposit" offers (i.e.: Claim "this offer" OR "that offer") will require a player to claim ONLY ONE of the options presented, regardless of how many deposits are made during that promotional period.

Should a player succeed in claiming both offers, they will be found in contravention of promotion terms and conditions and any winnings accrued will be rendered void (with your deposit value refunded).

For example, the weekly offers received via email currently offer a regular match bonus offer and i.e.: a "More Bang for your Buck offer" – you are not allowed to deposit and claim both sets of offers – you may only claim one set of the offers in question when making your deposit during each weekly promotional period.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must be wagered, in full, at least once (1), before a bonus, specifically related to that deposit, will be credited.

For the purpose of all bonus-promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (EST) / Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Where bonuses or promotions are specifically addressed to an individual or casino account, the offers are only valid in respect of the individual or casino account number, as specified in the communication (offer).

Promotional or Bonus offers by Email are for the intended recipient only. The offers cannot be transferred to a third party.

Irregularities between the personal details of the Real account holder, and the personal details of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits, will invalidate any offer extended by Juicy Vegas Casino.

Any player deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified and winnings voided.

LOYALTY

Inactive accounts (defined as any account that hasn’t made a Cash Deposit for a period of 12 months or more) will forfeit their accrued Loyalty Balance at the discretion of the casino.

For any Non Depositing players (where no Cash Deposit has been made) Loyalty Balances will expire 90 days post the last wager.

BALANCE CLEAN UP

Inactive accounts (defined as any account that hasn’t made a Cash Deposit for a period of 12 months or more) will forfeit:

Hedging:

• Any Bonus Balance where there is no associated Cash Balance
  
• Where a Cash and Bonus Balance is present, both balances will be forfeited
• Where a Cash Only Balance is present this balance will be forfeited.

The casino will make all reasonable attempts to warn a player of upcoming removals.

Juicy Vegas Casino reserves the right:

• To deny a player any bonus where a player has been identified as a bonus abuser in Juicy Vegas Casino. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the player will not benefit from the bonus or promotion he / she is judged to have abused.
  
• To refuse a promotion or bonus for any reason deemed valid and appropriate including, but not restricted to, promotion abuse by a player.
  
• To close accounts at any time, particularly when registration information is discovered to be incorrect or misleading, or when casino management deems the player's participation to be dishonest, or when there is a history of chargebacks on deposits made.
  
• To audit any and all withdrawals and reserves the right to reclaim bonuses or winnings for failed audits - the original deposit will be credited to the player's casino account.
• To discontinue or cancel any promotion or bonus if management deems it appropriate.

Juicy Vegas Casino promotions department is the sole judge in any dispute regarding any promotional offer.

Each Promotional Term and Condition is severable from each of the other Terms and Conditions.

If any Term or Condition is found invalid, unenforceable or void for any reason, the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in force.

In order to qualify for subsequent bonuses, the player needs to make a minimum deposit of $20 between the last bonus credited to their casino account and the date of the next promotion offer.

Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a bonus.

Non-compliance with all promotion terms and conditions shall be deemed to be 'Promotion Abuse' and, as such, gives Juicy Vegas Casino Gaming Group management the right to, at its sole discretion, take appropriate actions in order to facilitate a gaming experience that is fair, enjoyable and favorable to all parties involved.

NEW PLAYER WELCOME BONUS

Standard Terms and Conditions and Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to the New Player Welcome Bonuses at Juicy Vegas Casino.

New Real Players qualify for the Deposit Match Bonus advertised on the website on their first deposit at any one of the Juicy Vegas Casinos.

This promotion is limited to the initial (first) deposit made by a first time new Real Player and for use at the respective Juicy Vegas Casino only. The definition of First Deposit is the first deposit made by an individual at a Juicy Vegas Casino.

A maximum bonus as per the advertised offer can be claimed and must be claimed by the player using the bonus code provided.

In order to make a withdrawal, a player needs to wager 60 times the bonus amount.

FOR EXAMPLE: Deposit $100 and get a 100% Match Bonus. To make a withdrawal, a player will need to wager $100 (Bonus) x 60 = $6,000.

Bets placed in the Gamble game feature on slots do not count towards meeting the bonus play-through requirement of 60 times.

Each New Player Match Bonus can be claimed only once per person, PC and IP address, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number/debit card number, and environments where computers are shared (e.g. university, school, public library, workplace etc.)

Juicy Vegas Casino reserves the right to change the offer, adjust the bonus terms and conditions, or deny a proportion of the bonus due to Player misuse.

A minimum transaction value of $100 applies to all withdrawals.

9. PAYOUT PROCEDURE AT JUICY VEGAS CASINO

Please Note: In order to facilitate a streamlined process, all withdrawal requests will be processed daily within Juicy Vegas Casino, and is subject to a 48 hour pending period.

Payments will be made on workdays, and NOT on public holidays or over weekends.

To complete a withdrawal, a player will need to upload the following documents to the online cashier, in the Casino (find it on the Casino website under CASHIER):

• A selfie / photograph of yourself, holding one of these required documents very clearly; Your Driver's license, Your ID document or Your Passport issued by the government of a recognized state or country.

Please provide the above within 336 hours (14 days) of making your withdrawal request.

Should you miss this deadline, your requested amount will be reversed into your casino account and you will then be required to log another withdrawal request before you proceed. In this event, Juicy Vegas Casino will not be held liable for any complications that may arise, including possible wagering requirements that may become applicable on your second withdrawal attempt based on your account status at the time of your subsequent request.

Juicy Vegas Casino takes care to run strict, streamlined payment processes for your convenience, and will assist you in any way possible provided all information is correct and up to date.

PLEASE NOTE that all wire transfer fees are paid by the casino, however there are some correspondence fees that exist and they are beyond our control. These fees are based on your local bank policy. These fees may be reflected in your withdrawal balance.

10. MAXIMUM WITHDRAWAL

All deposit match bonuses carry a 60x playthrough and have a maximum withdrawable limit of 10x your deposit, subject to your maximum weekly limits, up to and not exceeding $10,000.

Players can withdraw this amount once per week.

In the event that a player attempts to withdraw more than he/she is eligible for in one week: only the maximum amount allowed will be processed, and the balance of his/her withdrawal will then be returned by the cashiers into the player's casino account. Should monies requested for withdrawal be returned to your account in this manner, neither the cashier nor the casino will be held responsible for any discrepancies or difficulties that may arise around your returned balance i.e. neither the cashier nor the casino will be held liable for any sort of delay in the availability of your returned monies or new wagering requirements in the case of an active bonus.

Player's that have never deposited at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points, once a real money deposit has been made by the player.

The deposit made, will not be combined with the withdrawal amount, but rather placed in the player's account once the withdrawal has been paid out.
